ONE WALL IS DONE. This is a very slow process.
1. One wall stripped of fabric, batting off, staples pulled, mud applied, rough spots sanded, two coats of paint.
2. Ceiling leak is patched...pink when wet...turns white when dry. The ceiling is Gene's. The walls are mine.
3. Mud.
4. More mud.
5. Gene cut 2 layers of dry wall to cover an old window above the sink and then cover that with this crappy paneling. We were just trying to make it flush with the rest of the wall.

Dear Mary and Gene,
Gee, what a job. I like your workmanship. Is that a round mirror in the first pic?
Love,
Dave
Wow! Could there be another career you two could get into? Mari & Geno's Remodeling. "We're not fast but we're GOOD!"
I agree Gene could start a handyman service. I have a friend that retired and started his own business. Doing good. Looks nice Mary.
